Mr. Postman, Bring me a dream...
If not, at least he'll have something to play dress-up, instead of princess clothes and Supergirl.

Spotlight on Jack

Jack finally has his turn to do something. At the beginning of September he started gymnastics at CGA. He was a bit unsure at first and had to check everything out. But once he had the chance to go on the equipment and he found out there was jumping, he's been right at home. One of his favorite things is the foam pit. When playing in it for the first time he said, "buy me this." I had a hard time telling him that we couldn't really get a foam pit. He then told me to "go to Target." Another thing he loves is the Tumble Track where he gets to jump and jump. It tires him out but he loves it. He is doing really well and has taken a liking to Coach Broc's daughters, Riley and Bryn. Bryn is constantly hanging around with Jack (she is almost 7). But Jack is always on the lookout for Riley (almost 10). Ahh, Jack and his older girls.
Just hanging around!

Getting ready to jump like a frog!
The coaches are always commenting on how strong Jack is. Here he has to try to bring his toes up to the bar. He's doing a pretty good job!

Harkness September 2009

We had a great day at Harkness State Park on Sunday. It was family fun day so there was a lot to do. However, Jack loved the water and Kay and Jack played wave tag. Jack didn't mind getting his clothes wet, Kay however wanted to strip down to her undies.
It looks like he is going to tumble in but he manages to stay up. However, I'm surprised he didn't fall in on purpose.

Jensens in a Box!

This is what happens when you leave the laundry basket out. I don't why I never thought of this before. It's amazing how laundry baskets will occupy them for hours.
Isn't she just the cutest thing?!
He is so funny and he doesn't mind being "Jack in the basket"
Pop goes Jack!
It's almost time for me to pop!

JACK IN A BOX

This is what happens when you let your children play in the laundry basket and one is named Jack! I thought it would be a great Halloween costume!

Kayleigh's First Day of Pre-K

Kayleigh headed off to Pre-K on September 11th. She has been anxiously awaiting for this year to start. Finally the big day came and she went off with no problems. In typical Kayleigh fashion, she made some glitter art for her teachers as well as a goody bag filled with chocolate. When she got there she quickly connected with Talia and friend who has been taking ballet and tap with her for the past two years. I think they are going to have a great year together. Let's hope the rest of the year goes as smoothly.
